What is to review that hasn't already been said? Using the notwithstanding clause would suspend those rights. But you wanted to use those rights as an avenue for a court challenge. If you want to use those rights as an avenue for court challenge, you don't suspend them...that's an error in logic.
You don't need to be a constitutional expert to note the logical absurdity. If I want to use a road to drive to Charlottetown, I wouldn't make that road inaccessible...I don't understand what part of that doesn't register in your brain.
