Immigrant doctors have "degrees" from suspect, third world countries, like Dr. Nick from the Simpsons. They should only be allowed to practice on other immigrants. At the abattoirs.

you seem to be a little confused about our use of foreigners in healthcare.

we use them because they come to us pre educated. If you were to have offspring (and I sincerely hope you don't) It would cost Canada hundreds of thousands of dollars to raise them and educate them on the dole, as we do.

If we can get a doctor from Shitholia,it is a fantastic savings for us.

...and if they come only partly educated we can put them through our public university's and charge them 3-400% more than we are charging your lay about offspring.

Is the short comings of doctors from overseas due to a medical shortfall or to a legal shortfall? I've encountered excellent S. African doctors and excellent English doctors!

I'm afraid not. That's why they go back to school and are not given their licence to practice, unless they on on the list of approved countries. That is the provincial health ministries.
