Why is the south pole colder than the north pole on Earth and on Mars?

Eanassir- What part of post # 4 do you not understand?:lol::lol:
The hightleghted part...
The South pole is 9186 feet above sea level, and is surrounded by a thick sheet of ice on top of a continent. The North pole is by comparison pretty much at sea level, and is surrounded by a large resevoir of heat, the Arctic ocean. That is why the South pole is colder than the North pole.

And it's wrong. Orbital mechanics simply wouldn't permit a configuration like you're suggesting.

I don't think it is wrong. This may explain many of their mistakes concerning the late arrival of some of their probes and other unexpected malcalculations...etc.

But what we draw is only exaggeration for the purpose of explaining the matter.

If you throw away your minute silly cap, you may understand.
And I replied to this that such factors are true also in causing the difference between the south and north poles, while the Earth getting nearer to the Sun and mounting the planes one after another in its approach towards the Sun and the Sun is higher in level is more reasonable and more effective in causing the difference in temperature on both Earth and Mars.

How much is the earth getting nearer to the sun? 2 cm. a year?:lol:

Several miles or more.
The Recent Global Heat Wave
"the Earth has approached the Sun by few miles"

This was in the late seventies; now it has certainly got nearer still more.

If I did that I wouldn't be able to translate your posts.

The important thing is to throw with it all the ignorance and false traditions that are not based on God's Commandments; as did Jesus tell you.

That's probably because the Quran doesn't talk about force vectors. The orbit is a planar ellipse, the sun is at one focus of the ellipse in the same plane, it's the only way to balance the forces involved, any other configuration does not produce a stable orbit. Those are the facts from both theory and observation, deny them though you will.

In the Quran, the planets move along each in an orbit; each swims or floats in its orbit which implies they swim in a medium: the ether; because the swimming or floating cannot be in the space empty of anything: they should swim each in the ether each in its specific orbit.
The ether

The other thing: the Sun cannot overtake the Moon: this is the ordinance of God the All-Mighty the Most Wise. Of course this is because the Moon is fastened to the bond of the Earth gravity.
Q:28

Moreover, God holds the planets of the solar system lest they should escape away. So God makes the gravity of the Sun to hold the planets lest they should escape, and if they escape it (as will happen on Doomsday), none other than God can hold them; so the portions of the broken up planets will be held by the gravity of the newly formed planets.
Q:14

As I said: the planets do not move in the same plane as that of the Sun.

They swim along their orbits in the waves of the ether. :eek:fftheair:
