Wow, thanks for such a thorough explanation Bill. Here I thought it was just because you're so condescending and rude when you attempt to 'share your wisdom' with people. I never realized it ran to deep seated jealousy.

Uh no. You were right the first time. Condescending and rude.

Here's another look @ much the same pod-posted especially for the old senior shut-ins here who haven't been in a boat since the 50's.

Dolphin superpod caught on video in Haro Strait, B.C. - British Columbia - CBC News

There's a subtext to this-socioeconomic in nature.

A few crotchety old posters here are quite jealous because I have the contacts and the money to be able to regularly sportfish saltwater in BC-believe me it's not cheap the gas bill alone for one day's Tuna fishing was upward of $900-and that doesn't include ice, moorage or tackle.

Salmon isn't quite so steep but you still need to shell out and the retirees here don't have a hope of ever going anywhere or doing anything close to what I experience regularly-so the usual suspects piss and moan and crab and bitch about my posts and bore everyone stiff with the same old/same old about the Good Old Days back in another century (Note I'm not so young either I was fishing then too and it wasn't all that great).

I'd happily look over any photos they took with their Kodak Brownies or even Polaroids but it seems they lack the motivation- better to hide behind the keyboard and criticise than put up something of worth here-not much of a sense of humour either that might come from a lack of fresh air.

So I invite those who've taken issue with my success to share their photos with everyone.
The difference is I get paid to do what you pay for . I do agree sport fishing is fun . Bottom bouncing sockeye at peg leg is a blast .

Your poor comprehension skills are betraying you yet again-I have never fished Sockeye in Alberni Inlet nor have I claimed to-Springs & Coho Yes but not Sockeye.

Occasionally an aggressive male will take a spoon or Anchovy or even a jig-7" plug that I have never seen.

It was the same this year and everyone on Sportfishingbc.com noticed-not that you'd know where the most popular fishing forum in BC is.

Unlike you most of us do our trolling on the ocean, not the internet.

Pics don't mean squat. Fishing isn' t a long cokking contest. Prety sure I've been out on a siene boat that caught more sockeye in one set than you seen in your entire pathatic life.
