Don't tell me you are climate change denier. You really would have to be living under a rock not to notice what is going on provided that rock is not too close to the ocean.

I believe the term I would probably use is skeptic, I do not believe anybody has proven or shown any link between man-made emissions and global warming. In addition, pretty much every prediction from the kool aid drinkers has thus far proven false. The ones I like was when they started adding the conditions for periods of cooling when the original theory had no such allowance (and if I were to believe the theory in full would not have such allowances). Sort of reminds me of the epi-circle theory added to the theory that earth was the centre of the solar system in order to compensate for the fact we actually weren't.

Now, I definitely do not deny the climate is changing. It has been changing for years and years, centuries and centuries, eons and eons. To expect the climate to remain constant, is an expectation of a fool.

Having said all that, I then look at the small possibility that CO2 emissions could cause some effects on the climate, and I look at how much CO2 Canada actually produces, we are insignificant. If we all stopped breathing, turned off all our machines which produce CO2, the actual drop in global CO2 would likely not be measurable. So you take the arguments of the carbon-tax-and-spend Lieberals who want to add carbon taxes (basically as a way to cover for their own economic incompetence) and you should be able to see that it won't make any difference to the environment. It will just make average Canadian's poorer and hide huger deficits of incompetent governments.

As to the rock comment, it is very interesting you brought that ocean comment up. I believe one of the doom and gloom predictions was that coastal cities would likely be under water by now. Hasn't happened. I think to be credible, one should be able to take the theory and accurately determine future events based upon application of the theory. This has not happened. Yet you still have the fear mongers and slimy politicians spouting the gloom and doom so poor weaker minded souls (like JLM) will fall for it hook line and sinker. Yet none of the new predictions will likely come true (actually random chance says some will as if you guess enough bad things, one of them will eventually come true -- although not necessarily from man-made climate change).

But like I said, my personal opinion is a skeptic. I know the CO2 theory seems to work on Venus but Venus has a lot of CO2 and virtually nothing to absorb it. I am very skeptical we will ever produce enough CO2 to make any significant difference in our climate. And taxing my gas is not going to solve anything even if it is right when China is dumping more and more into the atmosphere week over week.

Perhaps you should take your skepticism to the residents of Florida who now have the waters of high tide coming up their driveways; or to those who monitor glaciers which are in retreat world-wide; or to the Dutch; who with their usual foresight have already begun building their dikes higher. If you've bothered to read my posts you will know that I too am a skeptic, but when I am presented with overwhelming scientific evidence that something is happening I am inclined to believe it.

Like I said, I do not deny or disbelieve the climate is changing. I am a septic of the cause.

"Septic" ... Did you know that "Septic" is Cockney rhyming slang for "American"?

Yank - to - Tank - to - Septic.

I did not make this up.

Septic Tank is Cockney Rhyming Slang for Yank!

Well, it was skeptic. But got autocorrected or actually mis-corrected. I typed it wrong and obviously chose the wrong word on the list to replace it with.

Not familiar with the slang and doesn't sound like I want to be either. Septic is usually refereed to in regards to a self contained sewage system in rural areas or recreational cottages.Certainly not the meaning I intended.

It's in widespread use in UK.

Would you mind reposting this? It is not quite confusing enough.

I'm sorry for the confusion. Someone spiked my rasberry punch. I will condense it for though. (Fuk all those idiots who think they will save this planet by contributing money to thieving liars.) At least they have identified themselves and steps can be taken to segregate them from the more informed public.

PM Trudeau is a satanic kitten eating shjthead. That's why he was approved by the board to manage this disgraceful country further into the dirt of NATO and the NWO.
