I have no clue so I'll be watching this thread for answers.

I was told the other day by a woman that sex with someone other than your spouse is not cheating unless you plan to leave the spouse.

I told her, no, that's cheating, and then she spent 20 mins explaining why it wasn't with amazing mental gymnastics only for me to again tell her she was wrong.

I suppose the only time its not technically cheating is when BOTH spouses agree that it's okay.
