levalencia,
Vancouver is a nice place. However, it may not be the place for you. I didn't read all of your posts so I'm not sure if you've visited here before, but based on what I've read so far, I would start out slow and not jump into things like buying a house right away.
Rent first (close to public transit like skytrain), build a clean financial record, scope out the neighborhoods in and around Vancouver where you would like to live. Then, after you've survived the transition and your job probation, you can consider buying a house and living the Canadian nightmare... I mean dream ;-)
