God is in heaven, over His glorious throne​

God is in heaven; He mounted the Throne (or the heaven of heavens as it is called in the Psalms of David).

He is glorified and worshipped in the heavens and the earth:​

On Earth and the planets, He is glorified and worshipped by people.​

In the atmospheric layers of every planet, He is glorified and worshipped by demons or genies.​

In the ethereal heavens (or the paradises or the "kingdom of heavens" as it is called in the Gospel), He is worshipped by angels. ​

His throne on which He mounted, is over the ethereal layers or the paradises or the "kingdom of heavens".​

God's existence is known and can be indicated and ascertained, but His essence cannot be known and is unknowable.​

There isn't anything like God – be glorified; and He cannot be seen by the eye-sight neither in this World nor in the afterlife.​

God is Eternal; does not come down from His throne; but everything in the heavens and the earth belong to Him and is under His control and He is All-Aware about everything.​

God is the Most High; He is Proud and Lofty;

He mounted over His glorious throne ("the heaven of heavens" as called in the Psalms of Prophet David) which is over Paradise: He is above His servants.

Psalm 67: 33-34 : a psalm of canticle for David himself:
“Sing to God, O kingdoms of the earth: sing praise to the Lord.
Sing to God Who mounted above the heaven of heavens.”

He is the Most High, the Supreme [in Glory.]

As in the Quran 20: 5​

الرَّحْمَنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوَى​

The explanation:

There are no atheists in a fox's hole!

It has been my experience that fox holes make atheists. I have met so many WWII vets that didn't believe in god specifically for that reason.

Your generalization doesn't take a full enough sample.

When people think of god, particularly those who don't believe, they think of the god of Abraham (Xtian, musslim, and jew) but that is very restrictive view. In the west we are familiar with that god, but world wide there are many that are no so jealous, spiteful or vengful. Some are actually benevelant. Ya! It's true.

Personally, if I met the god of Abraham I would be inclined to shoot him. He is a psycho. I am also more inclined toward earth based views of the godess as it is something one can relate to through personal experience, something tangable. Mythical, intangable beings are really hard to comprehend and those who believe in them ever harder to comprehend.
