Lots of crooks out there,,well in my country at least, I'm sure in Canada as well,,looking to make a quick buck by putting a band aid on a roof just enough show to collect the check. Be very wary of people wanting a huge deposit.
Virtually any business or enterprize where there is money to be made attracts low lifes. It's the height of ignorance to characterize a trade/profession by individual employees.
