He just tweeted this pic on his official twitter account:

If I didn't know any better, I would swear he is trolling people by now...

I saw that photo on Twitter as well, as well as the claim that the story is fake news even though the Gov of SD implied that he was serious. Oh he's trolling, guaranteed.

'Unconstitutional slop': Pelosi slams Trump's executive actions on coronavirus relief

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., lambasted the move in interviews with "Fox News Sunday" and CNN's "State Of The Union."

Pelosi called the the president's actions "unconstitutional slop."

"While he says he's going to do the payroll tax, what he's doing is undermining Social Security and Medicare, so these are illusions," she said on "Fox News Sunday." "The event at the country club is just what Trump does -- a big show, but it doesn't do anything," Schumer, D-N.Y., said on ABC's "This Week" Sunday about the president's Saturday signing ceremony. "If the American people look at these executive orders, they'll see that they don't come close to doing the job."

Along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Schumer has served as the Democrats' lead negotiator on the stalled relief package. Democrats have refused to budge on several of their demands, pointing to Republicans' decision to wait months to introduce a counterproposal to the HEROES Act, which passed in the House in May......More

The moment when Trump was asked how history will remember civil rights leader John Lewis.

Trump proves over and over again just how small of a man he is.
