Where you claimed they're only viable when they favor Dems.

So far, mail in's are favoring Republicans.

As for why the mail in, it was due to Covid, not out of anything to give Dems a chance.

So you're going to rail against a Governor who wants to keep the people of his state healthy and safe when mail in voting works?

As I said, we'll see who wins in the end. If it's the Republican, Trump et al will have to eat their words about mail in voting dooming Republicans.

Trump has been indulging in a man sized Twitter tantrum since Saturday, shaking his fist at the media, Nancy, Joe, CBS, Jimmy Kimmel, Obama etc. But it was this particular tweet concerning Joe Scarborough that stood out in its vulgarity and absurdity:

Gorsuch: You say there is no substantial legislative need. The House says there is. Why not defer to the House on its evaluation of its own needs?

Trump is going to lose this.

I wonder how Brett “beer keg” Kavanaugh will vote?

Well we won't know for a few months, but considering the courts up until this point have ruled against Trump concerning this matter, one can only hope. Kavanaugh, yeah probably chuggin a beer while writing in his diary about Ruth lol. I wonder if Gorsuch and Kavanaugh kissed Trump's ring before being anointed..

About six weeks. The Court traditionally rises on 1 July, give or take a week or so.

What are you saying? Dems. wanted mail in voting, after realising they were 10 points behind Newsome decided to open Dem. friendly polling stations, looks like that failed too, early results with Garcia 59% lead in votes.

If the lead holds the mail in scheme would be a fail and he put last ditch effort on saving the election at risk with COVIDD-19 that the decision to mail in was put into action for.
