Irrelevant. I'm sure that there aren't any corroborations to Rumpelstiltskin's abilities, also.
It must take you two forever to solve a sherlock Holmes mystery if the first thing you do is look in every book except the one novel that does have all the 'clues'. .

Never thought of that before, but it makes perfect sense in light of the story. Penises are always trolling.Interesting fact #1
Rumplestiltskin is another name for a penis.
Put the prophecies together like they do at present, it at least elevates it up to the realm of 'well written fiction' that your mind can at least understand. I'm not sure this crowd is even at that stage yet.It all comes down to how much proof a books offers. The bible falls into the fairytale group. It is contradictory, advises illegal remedies to disbelief, promotes slavery and hatred. So, while I am reasonably knowledgeable about it's (bible) contents, I know that it is a very disreputable source of anything worthwhile.
No, worst case, only as long as it takes to read the story. Really, if you had any real understanding of what science has figured out about reality over the last four centuries or so, you could look at just the first page of Genesis and instantly realize that it's not a true story. In fact you could probably look at pretty much any page at random and you'd know that.It must take you two forever to solve a sherlock Holmes mystery ...
So is the sleeping for 20 years the 0 -20 yrs in a person's life and awakening is a hard-on?Never thought of that before, but it makes perfect sense in light of the story. Penises are always trolling.
Genesis 1 and 2 aren't enough information to reach any conclusions, conclusions come once you have read and understood the whole book, you aren't at that stage, neither am I but I do understand more than you do, that how I can be such a big-mouth about the various Bible passages. No, worst case, only as long as it takes to read the story. But you start from the premise that is IS a true story, and seek only to justify that belief. That requires you to deny a lot of things that we know to be true and generate elaborate scenarios, including making up things that have no biblical justification, to get around the differences between what we know to be true and what the Bible says, and the Bible's own internal inconsistencies and illogic. Starting from a conclusion then looking for evidence to support it is completely the wrong way around for finding out anything true or useful.
For instance Jude and Peter have some information on the way things were before the flood in Genesis 6.
No, you've got that one completely backwards, I understand it far better than you do because you think it's all true and I know it's not.Genesis 1 and 2 aren't enough information to reach any conclusions, conclusions come once you have read and understood the whole book, you aren't at that stage, neither am I but I do understand more than you do,
Enoch and Moses.
Jude:1:14:
And Enoch also,
the seventh from Adam,
prophesied of these,
saying,
Behold,
the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
De:33:2:
And he said,
The LORD came from Sinai,
and rose up from Seir unto them;
he shined forth from mount Paran,
and he came with ten thousands of saints:
from his right hand went a fiery law for them.
It wouldn't happen to just be because the same dude wrote both books, or at least collaborated with each other? The OT was put down on paper while the Jews were in captivity in Babylon and is based on or borrowed from much older Sumerian, Egyptian, Assyrian and Babylonian mythological texts. The author(s) of the OT could have pulled any number out of the air. If you want to read a fiction of immense complexity, read Lord of the Rings.Enoch and Moses.

No wonder you stay away from the Bible if you find Lord of the Rings to be even a tad complex. lolI If you want to read a fiction of immense complexity, read Lord of the Rings.

You never read the Lord of the Rings, did you? The complexity of the bible that you see is all in your head. It comes from trying to make a bunch of unrelated events and writings fit together when they don't. It is just your mental gymnastics that are complex and mind boggling to everybody else.No wonder you stay away from the Bible if you find Lord of the Rings to be even a tad complex. lol
You never read the Lord of the Rings, did you?
Finally what the world has been waiting for, .... proof. ..... okay,,,,,,,, anytime you're ready ......I understand it far better than you do because you think it's all true and I know it's not.
No, .... lol. That doesn't mean the writer of Alice in wonderland was not using the silver slippers in just that way though. Is greed for money a demon/disease in today's society? Rick's own party was ready to abandon him as soon as he said Satan's name. You have a great gift for reading into things stuff that just isn't there. Seriously, you're suggesting Tolkien was drawing a parallel between Gollum and bankers, that the latter are possessed by demons, and Rick Santorum knows what to do about it?
