What is the difference between the devil and the sinner

You are wicked. No one listens to you because Allah knows you are foul.

The jinns follow you. The stench of your wickedness attracts them.

Baghdad is the centre of anger and will bring down the wrath of Allah. The day of separation is nigh, idolater. You cannot stop it. You will not ascend. Allah has judged your wickedness. You are the enemy of Islam, but you are empty. As was your wife and friends. And your murderous ways.

Both the devil and the sinner disobey God; the devil insists on his disobedience, while the sinner does not insist on his sin (when he admits his mistake and asks forgiveness from God.)

If the sinner insists on his sin, or says the sin is good or justifiable, then he is a devil.

....while a sinner will almost be forgiven if he asks forgiveness and turns to God in repentance, vowing that he will not repeat his disobedience once again.

The Catholics have this thing called confession - pretty much works the same way. Thing is, you can just keep on sinning your heart out and all is good after a trip to the confessional.

I made a comparison between a sinner (Prophet David) who repented and asked God's forgiveness .. and God forgave him.

While on the other hand, Satan sinned by disobeying God's command, and he insisted on the disobedience, and did not repent neither did he ask God's forgiveness.

[One of the habits and traditions of Christians is that:

the sinner among them goes to the clergy to confess his sins to him, and the clergy will forgive him his sins and pardons him.]

Quran 4: 49-50, which means:
(49. Haven't you [Mohammed] seen those [Christians] who claim forgiveness for themselves?
Not so, but God offers forgiveness [of sins] to whomsoever He pleases [to forgive],
and they will not be wronged even it be a 'fateil' [: a minute plant seed.]

[And clergies said: God permitted us to forgive the sinner, so God denied their words:]
50. See [Mohammed] what a lie have they invented against God! And this [lie] by itself suffices for a manifest sin.)

See, if you are fair, how the Quran states the correct and reasonable statements and tell the truth .. and therefore submit yourselves to God's word .. or else you will regret at least in your Next Life which will starts soon after your death.
