Why would americans travelling abroad be told to pack along canadian flags hmmmm? Cause they are well disliked were as us Canadians are well liked abroad. Thanks you can slap about Canadian-lore all you want but at least I am among the liked.

hmm. well, you won't IN the US. Check out Europe , when Americans travel. Europe sees this all the time. When I was in England , saw it often. Have friends in Scotland and they say the same thing.

Have a friend in NYC ......and she says she does it all the time when she travels abroad. and says there is a significant difference in how she is treated.
