What Are You Looking At?

It could almost be a barren landscape, but it's looking straight up the side of the water treatment plant at the east end of Queen St. in Toronto.

Have you taken any interesting pictures?

This spring while taking a walk in our town park I noticed something....all the lamp posts by the river...have an outlet box at the bottom that is tied shut with a small tie wrap...
Except one.....the items in that box vary in number from day to day...
This morning I took a few snaps....
There has to be a story behind this......? It is yours to imagine........;-):lol:

Heh heh....Nope...Haven't smoked in 25 years.... but funny thing...I went by tonight and the 5 cigarillos were still there...so I guess whoever it is he doesn't smoke every day:lol:
