Stevie Ray Vaughn, eh... Nice! I listened to SRV this morning, while running. Right now, I'm listening to some local NZ student/alt radio, so for those who want to have a listen...
95bFM | Alternative Radio Station in Auckland, New Zealand | NZ Music

my son plays guitar, self taught... he picked up a guitar one day and started picking away stricly from ear. I got him a camcorder for Christmas and he loves as he can now play it back and see where he wants to make changes or improvements in a song of his, or another artist.
I love to listen to him play. Both my kids are talented, it runs in the family, they get it from me.,., well at least the musical side, my daughter is handy, crafty, my son musical, me I am the dancer.

there is actually lots to hear in that space, if you listen

That's awesome. I've been listening to a lot of Iron Maiden again, as I want to re-learn a lot of the bass parts, that Steve Harris plays...

Blues is great music to listen to, & to learn...but hard to truely master (in the pure sense)

no ,but i wish i could, i am just good listener ,like Irish music much :)

I am a bit Irish, but son is a lot, and surprised that he likes this music, must be a inherited thing.
The dance is awesome, but fast, so it is hard to learn, and usually those like me, that can do it, learned at a very young age. I was 3 when I started tap, jazz, and celtic dance. Also I think it truly is a gift, like being able to play an instrument.
I use to maypole dance years ago as well for many years.
And as long as you enjoy, you have the spirit,, it is good music, toe tappin my granny would say.
