I listen to it a lot too Anna, contrary to a lot of bad mouthing CBC. gets, it's about the best choice up here in the East Boundary. Just to hear the voice of Stuart McLean is worth it.

Tons of songs with "ooo baby" and "oooo I love you" and stuff like that in them. I think by now they all just repeat earlier ones in ways to say "I love you".


Mum-in-law has Cold Case on the tv in the background and I have the fan beside me.
Not terribly thrilling to listen to. Might slip a disk into the dvd player. Maybe some Simon & Garfunkle. Haven't heard them for a long time.

The only complaints I have about CBC radio is too much classical type music and if you are awake in the wee hours they go a little overboard on the overseas news, Holland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Australia, Poland, Germany etc. But I guess they have to pick stuff suitable to other people besides me.........:lol::lol::lol:
