Funny how you don't get this sort of stuff from the black African countries that don't speak English. Or the ones that were part of the French Empire. They're probably approaching the 15th Century right now.

How Sex Pistols performed it when they were 47 years younger in 1977.

Johnny Rotten is no longer the band's lead singer but he regularly appears on YouTube voicing his damning opinions on Britain's immigration system.

Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi ft Deep Purple's Glenn Hughes - "Dopamine" (2024)

Iommi originally wanted to be Sabbath's drummer, but had to settle for being the guitarist instead. As a guitarist he was inspired by Hank Marvin and The Shadows and plays left handed.

Ozzy Osbourne was Sabbath's vocalist - but Iommi is pretty good at singing, too.

Talk Talk - "It's My Life" (1984)

The London band had a hit with this in the year Brunei gained its independence from Britain; Britain's Zola Budd and America's Mary Decker controversially collide at the Olympics in Los Angeles; Prince Harry is born; and a serial sex offender known as The Fox terrorises London.

This song was eventually covered by American band No Doubt in 2003.
