A bud just got off work .;-)
A very nice Costa Rican coffee, dark roasted and ground just before I brewed it. Oh Yeah!
speaking DQ...i used to get a coffee milkshake there for 20cents when i was a kid...what ever happened to the nickel cone
:lol::lol: Maybe a little of both Durka ;-)Smoking a bud or drinking a bud?
yum. we've finally taken the plunge and gone the route of grinding. Got a hopper style grinder though, so I can do a couple days worth at a time, or just one, depending what I want, and it's a uniform grind everytime. I love it.
Caution, you can become disappointed after a while once you have to stop for a coffee out on the road. heh heh
The smell of fresh roast alone calms me. Each morning my wife wakes up a little earlier than I and grinds a cup fresh for me and sets it up in the espresso
maker.
lol. nothing beats 3 in the morning oil patch shop coffee though. Once you get used to drinking that, you can drink any coffee, anytime, and it's GOOD.
you know... I have all the equipment, but I rarely take the time these days to make myself espresso. When I'm out I tend to order up a Chai tea latte with a shot of espresso. I don't have to worry about not liking the coffee that way... it tastes totally different.
yeah, I can only imagine. Almost a tasty as the coffee served in a gas station I reckon.
When I need a decent coffee I usually run over to the Starbucks down the road, their dark roasts are pretty good. I am drinking office coffee right now... yuck.![]()
Some places just make it so much better than others. I actually make a latte each morning rather than an Espresso. There is a little hole in the wall sort of club here that has some damn fine espresso. A little sugar and it's rockin.
That's what I get usually if I have to drive for any length of time. It's often about the closest of the store bought cup of coffee that I'll drink. Still much prefer my own though.
Do you make yours stronger or weaker in comparison to a Starbucks dark?
