I don't generally read CBs posts. I understand the intent behind the law. Don't know enough about how it's being enforced. But hell, if those Mennonite bastards are trying to decapitate people coming out of Walmart, somebody should do something

I'm sure if we had any intention of fixing those problem we already would have. Perhaps we create (or enhance) those issues to keep some people employed who would not have a job if those were fixed. How many people are employed because of them?

Loitering too, if it is in an area that forbids loitering But those are crimes and misdemeanors committed by all kinds of people. It is a far stretch from rioting, uttering threats, disturbing the peace, inciting to riot and murdering!
Yes, it is. Fortunately we don't have much of an issue with that in Canada, if you don't include our aboriginal population but they are disadvantaged so we tend to look the other way
