Fhis is in Quebec. some local jurisdictions elsewhere may do this too.
Interestingly, when Quebec announce proof of vaccination at the SAQ (their liquor stores) th every next day there was a huge increase in vaccinations LOL. Cannot mess with Quebecers and their booze, even anti vaxxers get vaccinated so they can get their booze.. LOL

Don't know about up there, but hereabouts I recommended announcing that they figured all the people who were going to get vaxxed had done so, so they were shipping off the remaining supply of vaccine to "shithole countries." The MAGAhats would be beating down the doors to get 'em.
