I like that one... Anyways,it does appear that this man was mentally ill. It is NOT a coincidence that this guy attacked first at a gay bar after the pride parade. He was brought up being taught that gays were evil and to get closer to his paradise,killing gays is an acceptable way. Would any of you tolerant folks want to take a stab at which religion he was a member?

Not a coincidence? really? You speak with such high authority as if you knew the guy personally and then quite ignorantly go on to make comments about a religion which you obviously know nothing about past what you hear on the news and propaganda.

The guy was living in Montreal for over 9 years, why didn't he go on a rampage in the gay village? or attack his gay classmates in college? or attack his gay co-workers? And how do you explain the 2 women he hit? or does that also get him closer to heaven in your opinion?

Get your facts straight before you make such assumptions. The guy had it rough and pulled himself by the bootstraps; the fact that he attacked people tells me that something or someone has pushed him off the edge. It could happen to anyone at anytime.

It had nothing to do with gays or wanting to get closer to heaven; his life style does not differ from the avergae Canadian. I should know; he is my friend and was my neighbour before moving to BC.

I'm not saying what he did was right, all I'm saying is don't judge the guy without having your facts straight.
