MHz; You ever been in a position where someone gives a women, little kid a hand grenade and have them walk it into your lines blowing up a few soldiers as well as themselves? Happens once or twice and you stop them any way you can. I war, you learn fast.
I wonder if you would be viewed as a traitor to your people? The way you cheer on the similar treatment going in other lands would certainly make you their enemy.
I would have loved to have seen the CND GVT stuck with the whole $100M court costs, after all it was their original document and since full knowledge was never passed on this was just getting clarity, they shouldn't have had to pay a dime.
So if they won a court battle tomorrow that made all the reservations Government institutions, and the People the rulers of the land I would try to get them to read and re-read the Geneva convention and then sign it, the current population would do the same thing they did in the last weeks.
What was the final remedy to the last mass 'accidental' killing, $250/head or some other trivial monetary gain (if ever actually ever paid).

Most of the world would relish witnessing Israels destruction, I know I can't wait to hear of it. On any given day in the last decade you could hear Israel threaten Iran with destruction a hundred times before the sun went down, in addition to that you could watch them destroy Lebanon and Palestine never mind the hundreds of covert sleeze operations conducted on an ongoing basis. You got a severe problem ascessing the facts of every situation you comment on. Oh I see wiping out 147 people via guided munitions is quite acceptable but sniping a soldier in uniform, on duty, with a weapon in his hands is the equivalent to a war crime.
