There wouldn't really be anyone disentitled to vote (other than frauds) under Canadian rules where someone - especially a member of the clergy, a doctor etc - can vouch for the potential voter.

The current Canadian rules are pretty good, but even here they are trying to eliminate vouching.
I have not heard of any US states including vouching in their new ID laws.
Glenn Beck and The Blaze is the best gosh darn propaganda machine in the whole US of A. I regularly listen to his radio network at Free 24/7 Streaming Audio — Glenn Beck which gives me an idea of why our Canadian Prime Minister acts the way he does
