You people are aware that Saudi and Israel have had 'common interests' for the last decade or so right?

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend." The enemy being Shiite Iran and her surrogates ...
The Brits and Americans took over Iran when they threatened to Nationalise their Oil and they have been hounding Iran ever since......

Britain, and in particular Sir Anthony Eden, the foreign secretary, regarded Mosaddeq as a serious threat to its strategic and economic interests after the Iranian leader nationalised the British Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, latterly known as BP. But the UK needed US support. The Eisenhower administration in Washington was easily persuaded.

British documents show how senior officials in the 1970s tried to stop Washington from releasing documents that would be "very embarrassing" to the UK.

Official papers in the UK remain secret, even though accounts of Britain's role in the coup are widespread. In 2009 the former foreign secretary Jack Straw publicly referred to many British "interferences" in 20th-century Iranian affairs. On Monday the Foreign Office said it could neither confirm nor deny Britain's involvement in the coup.

Mosaddeq's overthrow, still given as a reason for the Iranian mistrust of British and American politicians, consolidated the Shah's rule for the next 26 years until the 1979 Islamic revolution. It was aimed at making sure the Iranian monarchy would safeguard the west's oil interests in the country.

US officials have previously expressed regret about the coup but have fallen short of issuing an official apology. The British government has never acknowledged its role.

Too bad people have very short memories for what they didn't get the first time around.
Not to mention the MSM press in the US is 95 % owned by the problem

Really?? So your reality is based on a bad line from a 'B' grade spy novel, not reassuring to tell you the truth.

Iran has been the enemy since it revolted to the dictatorship of the Shaw. Her friend Syria is resisting the overthrow that would put her people under the same yoke, they are resistant to that becoming their future. Who can blame them. The North American Indians may have fought longer if they could have known what their fate would be after they surrendered. We haven't become honorable since we broke all those treaties.

Going by those rules 87% of all nations would be supporting Iran and Syria just based on the body count the US has caused in their countries. Name one country the US hasn't attempted to pressure at one time or another. The Syrian battle is over, how will the US do in the battle for Venezuela??

Will Venezuela Be the Battleground in the Next US-Russia Proxy War?
With the U.S. funding the Venezuelan opposition and gearing up to lead a multi-nation military drill in close proximity to Venezuela, the foundation for yet another U.S.-Russia proxy war over fossil fuels is being laid. Worth mentioning here is the fact that Maduro’s government is armed largely by Moscow. Between 2005 and 2013, Venezuela was the largest purchaser of Russian weapons in Latin America and the estimated value of Russia-Venezuela arms deals clocks in around $12 billion.
Alternatively, were the U.S.-funded opposition in Venezuela to take control following a default by the current administration, they would likely deny Russia and China their promised collateral of Venezuelan oil at the behest of their long-time donors in Washington. It is highly unlikely that Russia and China would willingly surrender billions of dollars of oil and money to a U.S. puppet regime.
Either way, crisis-stricken Venezuela may soon find itself in an even more troubling conflict – a U.S.-Russia proxy war that could last for years and do even more damage to the already struggling country.
Will the U.S. willingly turn Venezuela into another Syria just to keep its oil out of Russian hands? The size and value of Venezuela’s massive oil reserves makes it seem likely.

Actually, Einstein, my reality is that Saudi Arabia is our enemy and that they mean us only ill.

I'm surprised that there are still people around who think that most countries try to do what's morally right.

Saudi Arabia will help take down Iran and Syria. They want power.

They wish to remain No. 1 in the region. There's a pile of money at stake for them.

I just hope that they will use some of this hardware to fight their own battles.

They have been friends with the US and were part of the coalition forces. They flew with us in the Gulf War 1 and shot down at least one Iraqi plane. So, yes, they would be. They follow stability and the money.

At this point i'm about to say **** it and lets go Iran!!!

They are a little less evil and terrible than Saudi Arabia, they actually treat their women fairly and even let non-muslims build places of worship in their country.
