I was pointing specifically the European Wars of Religion... the 30 Years War, French Wars of Religion, Three Kingdom Wars, and such.

Maybe we should check the history of Judaism. What were they up to 4000 years ago? I know they had some pretty "roll up, slaughter everybody, and make yourselves at home" periods in their history. Jericho and such.
