He is guarding them with every legal weapon he has so they likely contain criminal evidence.
Not so.
Anyway, Trump knew full well that he needed to make his tax history public before he made his vanity run for Presidency.
Supreme Court puts a temporary hold on allowing House committee to access Trump's tax records
President Trump’s personal attorneys had requested a stay while the justices consider whether the House Oversight Committee can see his financial records. An appeals court had ruled that the committee was within its rights to issue a subpoena for the documents from Trump’s longtime accounting firm, Mazars USA.

Would you want to turn yours over to people that want nothing more than to attack you?
Like I said they were career politicians and on the public dime, not tax returns from a private business.
It isn't a question of being anyone's business. The issue is that by opening up ones tax returnees to the public ...a presidential candidate or POTUS is informing the public of how credible, responsibly, and ethical he is. By denying their release just make s him look aspect............
I bet he does too. He will NOT be as obstructive or childish about things eitehr. But then he is ethical intelligent, accomplished.& professional ..........everything that trump would like in his resume. Trump started out rich. Bloomberg worked in a parking lot, put himself through uni.......and THAT alone is a basis for a sound character.& constructive motivation.
