Scotus cannot disobey the Constitution/law even if it wants to shuffle Trump's shenanigans under the rug.
His rights as a US citizen are still in affect.Unless it is being used against him in office
Given your notions of U.S. Code citations and the date of the Constitution, I'm figuring what you know about the rights of U.S. citizens is what you picked up from bad cop shows. His rights as a US citizen are still in affect.
What happened to life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness ?Given your notions of U.S. Code citations and the date of the Constitution, I'm figuring what you know about the rights of U.S. citizens is what you picked up from bad cop shows.
For example, U.S. citizens have exactly one right that any person in the U.S., citizen or not, does not have: the right to vote. All other rights are retained equally by all persons in the U.S. regardless of citizenship.
I wonder if the fecking dodgy criminal has ever paid any taxes in that fifty years?Trump is in his 70's, probably has had to do at least 50 years of tax returns. It's up to the IRS, not congress, to flag any discrepancies and report flagrant abuses to the authorities for investigation. Is there any record of Trump being charged with illegalities regarding his returns?
If he did he should fire his bean counter.I wonder if the fecking dodgy criminal has ever paid any taxes in that fifty years?

McConnell would kill any bill passed to the SenateGiven the problems going on it would stand to reason that the congress would pass a bill to force presidential candidates to release their tax returns
This would seem to be a basic requirement
The statute would be unconstitutional.McConnell would kill any bill passed to the Senate
Yet he still has accountants. Not, again! (...after four bankruptcies, nobody in North America wants to be his accountant.)
They're probably all scared shyteless that they'll all be subpoenaed when those tax records become public.Yet he still has accountants.
