Given your notions of U.S. Code citations and the date of the Constitution, I'm figuring what you know about the rights of U.S. citizens is what you picked up from bad cop shows.

For example, U.S. citizens have exactly one right that any person in the U.S., citizen or not, does not have: the right to vote. All other rights are retained equally by all persons in the U.S. regardless of citizenship.

Trump is in his 70's, probably has had to do at least 50 years of tax returns. It's up to the IRS, not congress, to flag any discrepancies and report flagrant abuses to the authorities for investigation. Is there any record of Trump being charged with illegalities regarding his returns?
