Some country in the South Seas is cutting ties because the US is insisting the guns they have are supposed to come from the US and they want to buy from Russia, in particular a 'black-hole sub', minus the missiles. Good PR for the sub but I doubt that model is within their budget. Perhaps one that is good for mapping the underwater in minute detail including a 'drill here' map at the end of the day. If China used super boats to move 'stuff' around the busiest route by far would be west as as far as Africa and north into the Med. Auto pilot is a lot better that sloppy live Captains so one sub could map that whole area and share it with other nations along that 'road'. That is also a DIY program as NATO is not going to be pleased let alone offer to set it up at their own costs to prevent the deaths of American sailors when their boats make unexpected moves.

President Trump is threatening to force his Justice Department to hand over documents Republicans have sought for months about its investigation into his campaign.

"At right time, I think I'm going to have to do the documents," he said when asked if he would use his power to force the department to act. "I didn't want to, but I think I'm going to have to. There's such corruption."
