I just had a nasty holocaustic thought, what if the stupid were taxed according to thier disability, would this not greatly increase state revenues? Setting yourself on fire could be introduced as a reliable means test. How many would use bacon fat?

Oh yes there is. Redouce, relight, repeat as needed. Not an expert but I doubt the survivor is any smarter.

Gas is nothing to cheap out on when trying to go up in flames. That is why I say relight. Goes for the jumper who survives as well, another flight from a higher location.

hell, why not make it an nonflammable solvent?

The 'danger zone' increases even faster so if the flames are in front of you and behind you at he same time there is a good possibility that you are witnessing complete combustion.
