Caught up in word terms that is the problem Is Trump smart or cunning?
Is Trump dumb no but he has mental issues people don't behave the way
he does in society. I am not talking political correctness I am speaking of
common civility there is a difference. I think Is Trump a man with his
mind made up? Or is Trump influenced by certain elements with an agenda
he does not understand. Trump is not the real leader he is being led by the
religious right social conservatives on one shoulder and the Nationalists on
the other shoulder. I am not talking about economic nationalists, I speak of
Nationalists. The crowd like Bannen and others who pose a threat to the world
they go way beyond political correctness.
I do agree Trump is not dumb but he has potential to harm the foundations
of civilization left to his own devices.

When there is a mass exodus of the rich an famous in the US then you know the swamp has started to be drained. Right now they think the swamp is too big to properly drain it. Ask Putin as he inherited Russia after western business interests had been there for 5 years. Not that hard to make the dominoes fall. Arrest a few and they will sing till the cows come home.

I do agree Trump is not dumb but he has potential to harm the foundations
of civilization left to his own devices.
Other than Crimea and Iceland who are you using as the role model of what a civilized society looks like?? If there are no examples then that is exactly how far it needs to be dismantled.

Honestly... there is little to no point in trying to have a constructive conversation about Trump on here... every thread is a hot mess from the title and OP down... like this one for example.

Trump had nothing right in his statement about Sweden. The fact he made up a terrorist attack is just another example of how he will tell a lie to stir up mass hysteria and get people to fall in line behind him. Even this article trying to spin it as him doing something right is laughable. But no one can say anything about Trump in a negative way on here with out garnishing personal attacks...as your post is an example of... so what would be the point

MJ, just ignore those who are unable, incapable or unwilling to discuss ideas. Unless you want to have a little fun with them. It's what I do. There are several posters here who are totally willingly to discuss things and they're very respectful as long as they are treated the same way.

Trump has a job to do. What that is and who's "hired" him remains to be seen. Can't imagine he's gotten himself this far without a whole lot of help. He's just not...detailed enough.

Finding people that can't lobby for big business after they 'retire' must be a problem for some people. Like that retired General that was in swat who now works for Lockheed fellow. Bankers aren't born crooks, they get that way through decades of watching the older guys do it.

Clearly you don't have clue what your talking about Lady

Here is an article on Sweden that you can learn something about Islam in Sweden.
Matthew Fisher: Trump was wrong on the details, but right about

Matthew Fisher: Trump was wrong on the details, but right about ‘problems’ in*Sweden

In terms of country financials, the stock market has gone up by leaps and bounds since Trump got elected, in fact today alone it's up over 1.6%. And this is driven by smart people who are prepared to put their money in the future of their country, America, because they know Trump will make America great again.

You are best to sit in your comfy little house in Saskatchewan and let the rest of the world go by.

Those who have always done the heavy lifting will look after you and those useless Muslims who only come here to be looked after.

Trump is you're typical Construction guy. We know how the world works. We actually literally have built it.

The rest of you all live in the world we built. You have absolutely no clue how we did it.

Smart or not, he laughed all the way to the White House, and although his worth might be exaggerated, he is still much richer than me :( and he has a pretty kosher job.

There is much more to it then that ;). The fact you dont understand proves my point. You have no clue @ how the world was built. Trump knows the logistical side of it in and out. And here is where his intelligence lies.

He knows how to build real things. Things that actually are with us in reality. Here is where Trump see's the world. From a position of actually living in the reallity of real costs of real infrastructure.

There is nothing politically correct about construction. Its man against reality. It ether works or doesn't. There is no in between.

Its not imaginary

trump buys and sells, he doesn't build. He pays others too. Why you'd think you and he have common ground is upsurd. Unless it's that you both aren't living in reality? But I know you are. I know he isn't.

I may not have been born rich, but I've experience with those who're self made and trump isn't one of those. He is lucky. Plain and simple.

^^^^ Twila, take note, but I have a feeling you're just not going to get it, eh

I can't take note of anything, when you're flashing me....that smiles of your durry. mmmmm hmmmm.

Trump is the private school educated son of a millionaire. His father was the son of a real estate tycoon who knocked up one of the serving girls, ... a domestic who came from Lewis in Scotland to working Trump's grand-dad's mansion. So, the Trump Tower that is just opening in Vancouver .. do you think that Trump built that or had it built, even? It was a few years underway before Trump became involved. What he did ... and often does, is buy into a project with investment money in exchange for his name on the building (think: Sky Dome, now the Roger's Centre, someday to be the Tidy Bowl Centre). He built nowt, often builds nowt. He's a vain moneylender in the case of the two Trump Towers (The Toronto one is off the market, tenantless being sued in a hundred directions and falling apart).

What constitutes a "kosher job"?

it means that a rabbi was there to "bless" the proceedings, no knives involved touched milk or milk products and non scaled fish or other non allowed foods were prepared in the same building.
