Yep, as technology improves, so will getting the oil out of the ground.
Just as, for example, cars - motors are much smaller now than they used to be, far more fuel efficient and they still go "fast"..
That's what is called "evolving" - as various methods are discovered, so too are better ways of doing most things. Nothing new here!
See my post above - nothing new here. I doubt if we'll meet the year 2100, but who knows what will be discovered between now and then? Again, nothing new here.
