Interesting how neither one of you are comfortable in actually addressing the previous questions posed.

Nothing but deflections.

.. That says it all I guess

Was the elbowed member sitting in her designated seat, Cap't.? If not the elbowing is a moot point Cap't. !

So everybody not sitting in their assigned seats is fair game for elbowing or other assaults by the PM? Silly argument.

For somebody complaining about this being a non-issue, you sure love to post about it.

The liberal/Justine supporters continual cries for it all to stop and go away is indicative of their realization the immature, incompetent and inexperienced little kid is not going to get them elected next time round. I understand this. How would you feel if your hero suddenly exposed himself as too arrogant to follow the law and had a completely out of control hissy fit over not getting his own way even resorting to physical violence and obscene language in the process? I'm kind of shocked he didn't stomp his feet or lay down screaming like any other baby who had his toy taken away would.

.... Gotta love your logic... Let's see, if Trudeau ran a red light and hit a kid in the cross walk, it would clearly be the kids fault for being out on the street.

Thanks for playing.

PS - ya might wanna think about answering the actual questions you've been working so diligently to avoid

Would you deliberately sit out in the middle of the road and complain about someone running over you?

Now you are being stupid, Cap't.! A crosswalk is a designated spot where people are allowed to be. Have another try at it Cap't. :) :) :)

I'm quite sure there is no exception in the CCC for a person not being in their designated seat.

Criminal Code

(c) while openly wearing or carrying a weapon or an imitation thereof, he accosts or impedes another person or begs.

Marginal note:Application

Holy crap... You are way too far gone for me to waste any more time with.

maybe you should convince yourself that she's to blame for having boobs in the first place... Shoving them into Justine's elbow was also a poor choice

According to Angstrom that is exactly what took place and poor JT should be suing for being a victim. ROFLMAO!

I hope that he does sue.... Why, he'll never ever be able to be a professional boob-elbower... His hopes for being on the pro circut are all but doomed

Throwing yourself on to someone and accusing them of molesting you is acceptable ?

It's far worse than that... The Dipper MP was in violation of the laws by having teats in the first place.

I'd say that Justine has cause to charge her for aggravated boobie assault and a second charge of willful damage and wanton destruction in this entirely unprovoked breast attack.

I wonder if having a concealed nipple is also a chargeable offence

I doubt she even has the strength to admit what she did was wrong, or even appologise for her inappropriate behaviour.
