Would this be the Trudeau who rode his motorcycle in downtown Ottawa whilst wearing a German Helmet to protest Canada's involvement in the Second World War?

If that's so, I completely understand why Castro the dictator would endorse him.

Very Hot? Charlize Theron?

Because I'm not a commie? Like, duh.

If I knew what you knew I would know not to ask the question. As I do not know what you know or even think you know again that is why I ask the question. So if I knew what you know I would have phrased if differently

Not wishing to be perverse, but the the OP suggests that Castro said Harper was full of illusions. Although I know little Spanish, perhaps Castro was misquoted in English?
The Spanish word "ilusión" can mean either illusion or delusion.

Which leads me to believe that the word for "brilliant" in Spanish may well have other meanings. Once in a blue moon a single word has two opposite definitions..............(One that comes to mind is "cleave".) I strongly wonder if that is not the case with the Spanish word for "brilliant"!
