This Trudeau seems a good man; I think :D

There is a parable used by people here:
"Had it been without any righteous man, the earth would have been broken up [as in Doomsday.]"

Perhaps! Just a Piss poor Prime Minister. Should have kept Harper, at least he knew what he doing & had enough brains to keep his thoughts "pretty close to the vest" :) :)

Ready or not Mowich.

You are right, Eagle..........they are coming whether we are prepared or not. Mind you in all the long history of our shared border, this has never ever been a problem so the fact that we didn't have plans in place is rather understandable. Had we been prescient regarding the threat Trump would be to our border security, we might have been able to forestall the migration...........but then, it's the Liberals in power.......so all bets are off on that.

The important thing is that you sit on your sofa, and away with other people to Hell.

It really isn't Trump. Trudeau said "We'll take them"... and now they will come!

I'm a conservative, JLM and even I would disagree with you on that. Just because he knew what he was doing, didn't mean what he was doing was right or that the majority of Canadians agreed with him which is one of the reasons why he is no longer PM.

Oh but it is really Trump, Eagle..........had he not imposed that first disaster of a ban, none of this would be happening. The PM should have kept his mouth shut............but in all reality where else were these illegals to go if not here to Canada?

Your partly right about Harper, but a hell of a lot of people didn't like hearing what he had to say! Is that his fault? Just his one single move of income splitting for pensioners put $2000 annually in our pockets. I think his idea of "tough on crime" and the scrapping of the paper work re gun regulations were also good things. (Not sure how far the "tough on crime" actually went but at least the thought was there)

The Ban wasn't the disaster, it was the timing.............if he had just postponed the execution for a week, there wouldn't have been the hassles created for people caught between countries. I love the fact he wants to keep the A$$holes, dope peddlers etc. out. That will pay huge dividends once the wrinkles are dealt with. Trumps biggest fault is impetuousness. The man's mouth goes into action 3 seconds after his thought process is complete.

Oh I don't know... home?

The ban was a disaster... to many loopholes. That's going to change and Trump will get another ban going.

In the meantime we REALLY need to get this Maple Leaf Express going.

We'll see about that!

500 illegal immigrants and your whole nation is flipping out.

LMAO

But man oh man.... please please... I hope our illegal immigrants will see beyond the boredom and cold and head there by the tens of thousands.

Stephen was, probably still is, notoriously distrustful of the media - sound familiar? He also treated his staff like dirt and treated the PMO like his own little fiefdom. He had to go, JLM. Still, if he hadn't made the fateful decision to extend the length of the campaign, things might look very different today.

The ban was a disaster because there was no due diligence prior to it's roll-out, JLM. And apparently, that due diligence is a bit more problematical than first thought as I heard today that it will be postponed yet again.

The man's mouth goes into action 3 seconds after his thought process is complete.
What thought processes?

I wouldn't call a few pressed individuals on this forum as... our whole nation is flipping out... but I guess that is just your perception... when you really have no clue about what goes on in our nation.

Yep, all 35,151,728 of us. Sheesh.

I'll take boredom any day over some of the hysteria and mayhem happening in your country these days - besides, it will give them a welcome break from all the fear they have been under in their long journey to our country........and BTW, we make sure they are properly clothed once they get here.

Oh he has a clue alright, Mokka. Eagle is anything but stupid, he's simply trying, not very successfully mind you, to deflect any criticism coming America's way due to the dolt in the White House.

I think reading Canadians comments in Canadian newspapers gives me a very good idea.

So a few more pressed individuals ranting to the papers instead of on a forum? I still don't see an uproar or panick from the general population. From where I stand... my fellow co-workers are at least 30% immigrants... my kids schools have a large number of immigrant students and families... the places I volunteer at have new Canadians volunteering beside me... and everyone takes it in stride and continues life as normal.

Poor Mokk... you're under the impression that these are the legal and vetted immigrants aren't you?

Oh you poor thing.
