And the opinion based fact check doesn't?
Opinions do not require fact checking as they are only one persons opinions..... like mine.
My opinion is that the valid truckers issues were overcome by other bullshit. It does not require fact checking as that is MyOpinion LOL

The truckers have achieved a lot. They've been peaceful, and they have demonstrated how frustrated and fed up a large portion of the Canadian people have become.
The Liberals (and NDP) have made damned fools of themselves, Trudeau has had a "deplorables" moment with his "racist and misogynist" comment, and demonstrated his cowardice by not only refusing to meet with what is obviously a major protest movement, but by allowing himself to be spirited away to a secret location......because he is terrified of ordinary Canadians.
The left has once again demonstrated that there is nothing they despise and fear more than the common people. The same people they consistently claim to be defending.
So, the convoy has made a good impression (on anyone with a functioning IQ), they have expressed our frustration, and they have exposed the gov't and their lapdog NDP as absolutely set apart from the people.
Time to go home.
Time to get yourselves together, pack up your stuff, and depart to the victorious cheers of your supporters, to continue the fight from your own areas.
Blocking up the common citizens of Ottawa, and waiting around for something stupid to happen is unwise.
Expecting the sadly legitimate gov't of Canada to cave completely is exceptionally dangerous. They won't. It will come to a confrontation............that you can not win, and that will destroy everything you've achieved. And more.
Go home.
Don't prove the haters correct.

Incorrect.
I said the initial intent of the trucker convoy had been overtaken by someone elses agenda.
Their initial protest was the closure of the border to unvaccinated truckers. regardless of the fact the Americans closed it's broder to unvacconated trucker, ..and look what it became. It became a protest to end public health closure restriction mandates which the feds do not even have any control over.
The protests for that should have been at Provincial capital buildings.
So, that is it LOL

I could not come anywhere near the eloquence of your statement above, and I agree with it 100%!!

Justin Trudeau has found excuses to hide, & Jagmeet Singh is with him holding hands. The Covid timing is just way too coincidently perfect for Justin in this instance.

Time to go home before more idiots with open liquor waving Quebec flags do stupid shit that are gonna get blamed on the truckers.

No you didn’t you consistently said it didn’t matter as the U.S. had the same mandates . Even after it became obvious it was about more , you kept up the charade . You are like a typical politician or journalist , so many opinions it is hard to keep track of them all .

EH!! What are they protesting Trudeau for?? The mandates are Provinical!!!!

Trudeau came out of hiding..

Border is Federal, he didn't say anything about the mandates being provincial?

LINK

Constitutional federalism involves centralized federal jurisdiction alongside provincial governance, with neither subordinate to the other. Within this structure, the area of health is not specifically assigned to either level of government, which means the federal and provincial governments share public health responsibilities.

Public health emergency law in Canada

Provincial authority in public health comes from its constitutionally defined jurisdiction over the delivery of health care and emergency response.

The federal government’s public health power derives from multiple sources. One is the power to quarantine under the provisions of the Constitution Act (1867/1982).

The Quarantine Act, passed in 2005, is based on this power and allows the federal government to quarantine and isolate individuals at national borders. The federal government also has some jurisdiction in the area of health based on its criminal law power also outlined in the Constitution Act.

The act also allows the federal government to use its power to make laws “for the peace, order and good government of Canada.” That includes acting in national emergency situations.

Yes.. the border is Federal and I don't agree with removing COVID restrictions at the International Border..

Why do you want fucking people from China, India, Central America coming into Canada without a Vaccine?? Or Postive??

If you want to go to Egypt here are the list of shots you require: hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid, yellow fever, rabies, meningitis, polio, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis), chickenpox and more...

Every county has vaccine requirements..

Remove all mandates at the Provincial level.. and live again.
