Whilst in London a few weeks ago, I saw a documentary covering the resuts of the Cuban Revolution called Hasta Siempre. The screening was a complete sell-out and after seeing the film I understand why. These guys have some amazing access to Cubans, including a chap so desperate to leave the country that he had the statue of liberty tattoed on his torso. But they balance the doc with some die heart Revolutionaries, as a filmmaker myself, I highly recommend this documentary.
They also touch upon 'Life after Fidel' and many people will be surprised with the views of these Cubans on what will take place after the death of 'El Commandante'
They interview a diverse range of charecters from all walks of Cuban life. You come away feeling that you know what it's like to be Cuban in the year 2005. This is easily the best doc I've ever seen on Cuba, it really blows everything else I've seen out of the water!
