Okey-dokey. The U.S. national debt is now around 22 trillion dollars. Trump said he could eliminate the entire debt over the course of eight years. Since he's been in office, with both chambers of Congress under the control of his party for two years of that time, he has increased the deficit.
Not one Democratic candidate has come up with a plan to resolve the debt crisis. At most, they've come up with half-assed ideas (all of which amount to "tax the rich") to pay for the extra spending they're going to do.
I will now open the floor to tighty whitey righties to opine that:
1. It isn't happening.
2. It's all the Democrats' fault.
3. Trump is going to fix it.
Loony lefties with poor arithmetic skills are also invited to explain:
1. Trillions of dollars of increased spending will fix everything.
2. Trump is scum, therefore, getting rid of him will fix everything automatically.
