How else would you describe tater tot approving the city of Montreal emptying billions of liters of raw sewage into the St Larry?

Desperate move? Put in a buoy that follows it that has a no swimming sticker on it. The Atlantic gets how much garbage dumped into it?

When is the last time Montreal updated it's water and sewer systems so it ran at no more than 80%? If it is overdue then they can probably get a Federal grant once they let the sewage flow into the streets.

Instead of building new some time ago to suit the demands of the people and then closing down any updates that would benefit the children and grandchildren if it lasts until the older generation dies then it has served it's purpose and fuk the rest.
No shortage of enthusiasm for an Expo and that was less helpful to the residents than a new sewer treatment plant. Invite the Queen to open it up.

Use a bigger measuring term and the horror of the size also goes down. Try tons or barrels and see it become a minor issue all at once. This will do it to. Need the conversion to get how small a ratio that really is??

Considering that the Atlantic is already polluted, i suppose that you wouldn't have any problem with dumping some radioactive waste there too... Afterall, there's already a bunch of garbage in it so what's a little more, right?
