sounds like it was written for a few mad folks here at CC.

Democratic strategists like Barron say many in their party mistakenly see rural America as only one type of voter: white people who work on farms.

Democrats in rural America have a blunt message for the rest of their party: We saw the electoral disaster coming — and it’s your fault.

Strategists and party officials say their warnings about the party’s lackluster outreach to rural voters went unheeded by Democratic leaders for years, culminating in this month’s shock defeat to Donald Trump. A presidential candidate who actually performed poorly in many cities and suburbs nonetheless scored an upset victory because of a surge in support from small towns and rural areas.

Much like Canada. The Liberals only go outside of Ontario and Quebec when they are looking to either steal something or causing economic turmoil for the locals.

Canadian geography 101: Ontario and Quebec aren't cities.

Let's just call it the municipality of Greater Ontario and Quebec. Make it a municipality of Manitoba, and house city hall in the burough of Ottawa.

Rural voters? The rich that got the f-ck out of cities to raise their children in a safe, healthy, quiet, clean environment?

Thanks but I really don't consider myself rich. I suspect I have considerably more money than a farm labourer like you so it's understandable how you can see me as "rich"

I'm starting to understand why you're so salty all the time. Getting your *** handed to you repeatedly by a guy you believe lives in his mother's basement must be incredibly humiliating.

You need to be more positive and look on the bright side. I did manage to teach you a thing or two about tax credits, fire fighting, water treatment and irrigation farming (to name a few) so your butt hurt wasn't in vain. I know from my perspective, it was incredibly entertaining.

We don't consider the floor washer at the recycling depot rich. But at least you can say you are doing something for your welfare cheque.

For the record, I've been on several liberal websites and complained about it as well. Told those Dem party idiots that their failure to do so would bite them in the azz but they were too stupid to pay attention. There is no question that the Republicans are the ones who screwed the farms in the 1920s and in the mid 80s under Reagan and that it was the Dems who bailed then out. But instead of exploiting that issue for their own good the morons in the party decided not to use it. Now the entire country and the world will likely get fukked over by Trump. But if this is what they want, then so be it.
