I certainly don't begrudge him that, since that buy-out benefited me financially................

The girls at the local office are also very helpful at pushing through passport applications, etc.. and you don't even have to buy a stamp since they use government mail when they even mail it for you :lol:

The only reason I don't vote NDP is because I don't want them to feel too secure in their lead
But I would "NEVER" vote Liberal!!!!!

One thing that you and I agree upon. I too, will never vote Liberal. This time, for the first time in my life, I am considering not voting at all.

I may have posted this before.....dunno


A the time leading up to the last provincial election I was sitting with some retiree friends having coffee at McDonalds One Polish gentleman and two "old stock :wink: Canadians" all english speaking, I also speak English but with a thick french accent.
A few tables away I recognized the Liberal rep, a lady from Hearst, a francophone town, was sitting with her young daughter....
When she left she stopped by our table and went through her promotional spiel shaking my hand and addressing, seemingly, only me in french....
When she left, no doubt noticing my frigid response, which might have been worse if her daughter hadn't been with her....
I remarked too my friends, loud enough that she could hear Maybe she thought you guys were not voter huh?
