You don't think he will settle?

Or you think that RackNine wants it to go to court?
I think that Racknine would win, in court.

Win or lose though, I'd really like it go the distance, just so I can read the legal arguments presented.

Well, you seem to know more about his actual statements, if he actual accused them of knowingly engaging in vote rigging, I'm sure you're right.

I'm also eagerly waiting the Zimmerman ruling. Can add this one to the list, now that the Google vs. Oracle case is off the table.

Not necessarily.

Both defamation and lander can be actionable, even without financial impact to your business.

In this case, the impact of the publicity and context of the accusations, were broad enough and egregious enough, respectively, to constitute defamation and slander.

According to the article, the company specified special damages for loss of income of $2.5MM, for this component, they will have to provide some form of justification.

Ironically, in the end, one could realistically make the argument that all of this press will have a significant benefit to Racknine and their future revenues

Oh absolutely.

For the other half, all they have to prove is that the statements were not true, and that Martin has no defence on the grounds I mentioned previously.

Maybe, I understand the concept of even bad press is good press.
