At the beginning of the 20th century it was located in Canada. By 2000 it was in Greenland and 21 years later it is en route to Siberia at a rate of 40km/yr. A "near" future pole reversal doesn't explain it either. Something has affected the axial tilt or wobble and some scientists suspect it's because of China with all the extra weight the country has added with massive building projects over the last few decades.
