I believe that during the last election, there were some actual discussions on this forum. Now, it seems to be a bunch of pissheads posting ****, insults, and cut-and-paste thoughtless crap. What a waste.

Canada's artists have launched a pointed and passionate attack at the nation's political leaders, decrying Conservative Leader Stephen Harper's statement yesterday that ‘ordinary' Canadians don't care about the arts.
Do you see any Tory ministers talking about what they will offer to Canadians? No but you do see the RCMP stopping reporters from asking pertinent questions. I f that is not a secret agenda wait until Harper gets his hands on a majority………
It is a basic responsibility of the Federal gov't to provide for the common defense, something the Liberals have failed miserably to do since the election of that arsehole, Pierre Trudeau.
it is NOT a core responsibility of the Federal gov't to provide money toevery moron that wants to float a balloon in Texas......or anything else done for the entertainment of the masses.

I am wondering if the date of the election call has something to do with financial reports that'll be coming out of the US. September 30 is their financial year end and it will take a couple of weeks to have the reports come out. This will put the date of reporting coincidentally (???) close to our election. Kinda makes a person go hmmmm.
