You'll never have complete Tolerance. All you will ever most likely get is Politically Correctness, and we have tons of that. Politically Correctness is nothing more than putting on a false front. A person says what they think they are supposed to say but does not necessarily believe it.
I once wrote in my test how to solve problems of prejudice between races.

Frankly, any culture would be fine, as long as it does not provoke colors of one's face or their body shape.
