I read exactly as much a long time ago. Einstein was constructed to displace Tesla and preserve and protect the elite stranglehold on power. Especially the free stuff.
Yeah well, I am pretty sure that Nobel would be firing some of the people that choose who to give his prizes to. I never would have paid much attention to who got one until they gave Obama one. BS. It is a continuous flow of charged particles travelling at a pretty good pace. Although, I suppose you could call a tornado a light breeze if you wish. A molecule of air is only 64 x 10^-30 m3 and a density of about 1.25kg/m^3 and travels at a measly 350 km/hr.
Neither are electrons, which also occur in the solar wind, which is electrically neutral overall. You have to deny direct observational evidence to sustain that silly electric cosmos hypothesis.

Solar wind is charged particles (plasma) which mostly consists of electrons and protons with energies usually between 1.5 and 10 keV.

Inside the heliopause the weak electric field centered on the Sun is enough to power the solar discharge. The visible component of the glow discharge occurs above the solar surface in layers.

No instrument would be able to measure the voltage differential across 100 meters, but the solar wind acceleration over tens of millions of kilometers does confirm the Sun's e-field, enough to sustain a drift current across the Solar System. The field will accelerate oppositely charged particles in opposite directions. That's not observed either. You're still stuck with a hypothesis that doesn't explain what's observed and predicts things that aren't observed.
