The very first receptor impulse upon seeing a rainbow attached to anything is homosexuality, the associate perversion with beauty campaign was a resounding success. I don't even care if my young daughter turns out to be a lesbian. But right now she likes boys, and in grade 8 is very impressionable and self-conscious. She is afraid of being labeled a lesbian by other classmates if she wears rainbow colours on her school bag.

It was my daughter who brought this up with me. I've never discussed any of this stuff with her before that.
