Why would a person not charge it at home when it is parked for the night?? Having 'the charge' on that bill might make it appear that they are not paying more per kw.

Canada also has to worry about heating the inside of the car when it is cold for about 5 months of the year. Ceramic heater cores exist today but the still take a lot of juice to run, as does AC on hot days.

Gas stations are going to "charge" out the ass.

If it costs you $75 to tank up your car it is going to cost you $75 to charge it up or it ain't going to happen.

Business and government will still team up at the trough.

Tesla Wins In Missouri And Faces 5 More Big Fights | Fortune

Tesla wins the first of 6 lawsuits against it by car dealers who say Tesla selling cars directly online violates their constitutional right to middle man the product and mark it up.

It is an interesting test of American law and is by no means a slam dunk.

Will be interesting to see what they can do in New Jersey.

If Tesla ever figures out how to build a car that doesn't need so much rework once it comes off the line, they might have something.

Me, I wouldn't touch one, because once they go bankrupt, the cars will be worthless.
