Bush and Blair unleash horror and violence against the People of Iraq and now occupy the country they devastated. The People of Britain reelected this warmonger. Why would they be exempt from the evils they support reigning on other?

Answer: The inspectors were on-site and finding nothing. Saddam brought nothing on. He was head of a sovereign Nation and should not have to capitulate to the extent that the U.S. sought. He was lied to be the American ambassator when he sought to stop Kuwait from slant drilling into Iraqi oil fields. He and his country were victims of two massive invasion. And now Bush is trying to claim the highground. Not one Iraqi attacked the U.S. Stop perpitrating war and perhaps others will not attempt to carry war into your backyard. I applauded the Chenznians bringing their war to Moscow and I would support the Iraqis visiting that war upon the invaders.

Fair and unbiased links?
I did not know that the US and Iraqis were in discussion of the invasion of Kuwait. So from what you say the conversation went something like this...
"Do you have any problem with me sending my army into Kuwait?" asked Saddam
"Not at all. You can invade Kuwait." answered the US.

Answer: Very close. The Iraqi mission brought proof to the American Ambassador of Kuwait's drilling. The American ambassador told the Iraqis that it was a 'regional matter' and that the U.S. would not interfere. Should remind you that Kuwait was a breakaway state from Iraq and remains under absolute rule. There is no democracy it Kuwait.

Some thing very positive about the British reaction...nobody in charge is running around pointing fingers at likely suspects. Instead they are waiting for facts and measuring their words very carefully.
