'' I haven't noticed any hordes of scimitar-wielding Arabs at the Straits of Gibraltar recently.''

That hasn't happened in many centuries. But, by contrast, the West has invaded Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, and many other nations while killing hundreds of thousands. As always, none of the forum's Islamophobes have a problem with that.

Why concern themselves with the death of sub-humans, eh. The MSM has done a wonderful job of demonizing Arabs and Muslims so we can murder them without guilt. Yup, "Kill, Maim, Mutilate", the battle cry of the republic(ans). And some people say the left is morally bankrupt!

Societies have a short memory,
the Umayyad-Muslim Conquest of Northern Africa, 622-750 A.D., resulted in the genocide of tens of millions of Christians (primarily European and pre-Moorish Berbers) and turned Northern Africa, which was otherwise culturally Southern European (Roman), into an extension of the Arabian peninsula and to this day remains so.

i highly doubt that 10's of millions people lived in north africa at that time. They only think that 7 million people lived in egypt after alexander died

And, as always, not a shred of evidence to prove the claim made by the right wing on that post.

Actually, I was referring to Trotz's initial comment which clearly is in error and not backed up with evidence.

Did not intend that as criticism of your comment. Sorry for the misunderstanding I caused.

Lawless United States has been offered a job as International Court enforcer. The impunity with which the United States and Britain caused the deaths of 1.5 million Iraqis and the displacement of 4.7 million more during two decades of uninterrupted aggression (1990 to present), is eclipsed in scale of slaughter by the genocide in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). An estimated 6 million Congolese have died since the main US proxies in the region, Uganda’s dictator Yoweri Museveni and Rwanda’s ruling Tutsi military, poured across the DRC’s borders in pursuit of approximately 1 million Rwandan Hutus displaced in the 1994 Rwandan civil war, including the defeated Hutu militia.
Ugandan and Rwandan military commanders quickly established control over mining operations in the mineral-rich region, providing raw materials to US- and Europe-based extraction corporations—a mutually profitable business relationship that thrives in an environment of terror and massacre. Despite the fact that their activities in eastern Congo have resulted in a holocaust equal to that under the Nazis, Rwanda and Uganda enjoy impunity as Washington’s most loyal clients in Black Africa. US corporate media, led by their collective noses by the US State Department, find genocidaires lurking everywhere in Africa except among the US proxies in Kampala and Kigali

Military Officers for 911 Truth

Military Officers for 9/11 Truth

As officers in the U.S. military, we took an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic." Regardless of our current status -- active duty, reserves, retired, or civilian -- that oath remains in force. Therefore it is not just our responsibility, it is our duty to expose the real perpetrators of 9/11 and bring them to justice, no matter how hard it is, how long it takes, how much we have to suffer, or where it leads us. We owe this to those who have gone before us who executed that same oath, and we owe it to those who are following that same oath today in Iraq and Afghanistan. We believe the official account of 9/11 as defined in the 9/11 Commission Report is grossly inaccurate and fatally flawed.
It is imperative that we have an accurate understanding of 9/11 so that those responsible can be identified and brought to justice in order that they and similarly-minded people never again commit such heinous crimes. It is also imperative that we have an accurate understanding of 9/11 so that governmental policies resulting from 9/11 are based on truth rather than deception.
We join with other organizations of professionals, such as Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, Pilots for 9/11 Truth, Firefighters for 9/11 Truth, Medical Professionals for 9/11 Truth, and Lawyers for 9/11 Truth, and millions of individual citizens in demanding a thorough, impartial, open and transparent reinvestigation of the terrorist acts of 9/11.

The greatest terrorist in the world is an American. Born and raised in New Mexico. His name is Anwar al Awlaki. His followers are spread across the world. They are even members of the US Army such as Nidal Hasan who murdered twelve American soldiers in Texas last year.
